most of Katina people are here! and make a mess of this place and make this place look like a dump! People do not know how to act around here drugs and violence and your car will get broken into here and it isn't a safe place. Office staff is no help! and if you have something broken... it will take a long time to get repaired... this place I rate the poor over everuthing as for the other comments posted I agree 100%. it is a nice complex but whats inside is what is bad!  Need to rent an apartment?
