Apartment Review for Woodway Square Apartments - Austin, TX

Where to begin poor management be careful they will loose your rent! It has happened to several different tenants. The neighbors are loud. Mass quatities of children roam around with no adult supervision, they destroy everything. Trash compiles in hallways and common area's. People put foil on their windows even though it says you are not supposed to in your lease. The cops frequent the establishment. We witnessed a huge drug sting in the parking lot. We keep getting new managers boy they can't keep anybody here. It is managed by orion real estate and if you need something done don't expect them to get back to you promptly. Major issues take months to get resolved. There is only one compitent staff member there and we are lucky to have her. But everyone else comes and goes. If it had been this bad I would not have resigned my lease. Oh and the gates never work.
