Apartment Review for Woodway Square Apartments - Austin, TX

1) Horrible Management: We've had four different property managers since August of 2004. Whenever you have a problem, expect delays...(at least 4-6 month delays). Non-personal, rude, no signs of sympathy, empathy, or apathy. Unorganized to the limit. 2) Late night disruptions: Numerous cases of domestic violence that have not been taken care of. Expect management to not do anything about it. Police come knocking on doors at least once a week or so, to deal with the violence. Not a place for children, fear for safety of your family. 3) Inconsistency of bills: *form of payment for rent 4) Amenities: None, unless you want to call a four foot pool an amenity. Which you can't be in past 10pm. 5) Beware of Lease Violations: They consist of everything, however, those who use domestic violence have yet to receive a lease violation and/or eviction.
