Apartment Review for Woodchase Apartments - Austin, TX

How very disappointing.... To be fair, I liked the apartment layout, and thats why I stayed so long but the management has been poor to B A D since I got there. Old appliances, old air conditioners, old (and nasty) carpeting and no intention of fixing any of it. A/C broke every 3 months for 4 YEARS. Management looks you in the eyes and tells you one thing, and then does another. Borderline criminal. In this state broken A/C is beyond unacceptable. The complex belongs in the N Lamar area - they lucked out with a better location.
