They ARE deceptive! I know of several people who have moved out only to have the girls in the office come back with a laundry list of reasons they're keeping all of your deposits. The "scheduled" maintenance is almost neverending, and NEVER follows the posted schedule, if at posted at all. They are also very condescending in their communication to the residents. They act like you should be "privileged" to live in thier outdated, worn-out, overpriced apartments.
