Apartment Review for Wind River Crossing Apartments - Austin, TX

This is my second time signing a lease at this complex and what a mistake that was, if I had a time machine I would go back in time to kick myself in the behind for doing that. The place continues to go down hill, and management is not doing ANYTHING to help salvage the community. The staff in the office is more concern with filling the MANY avaliable apartments with any kind of people, than to help or retain current resident and get their problems resolved. Police has been in the complex many times due to disturbances, excessive noise and lack of respect for each others property. I voice my complaints to management, which at this time there is only a manager in transit, I guess old manager ran away, which in fact was smart dont wanna ruin your reputation by being associated with this apartment complex, in other words I did not get any kind of satisfactory answer, they just told me that this could happen anywhere and basically to suck it up until my lease is up. The only good staff is the maintenance crew, they get to your problem fairly quick. If you like people coming in and out of the complex with blasting music at anytime during the night, drinking in the parking lot at night, and feeling UNSAFE at your apartent look no further, wind river crossing is the place to kick it, and enjoy your neighbor's music all night long
