Apartment Review for Wind Ridge Apartments - Austin, TX

Lets start with thier newest management, i reported my 3rd story balconey railing that is tied on by phone cord (which is definitly a concern w/ a 5 yr old) last wen.. Today on tue. i woke up sat in bed and decided i needed to head to the bathroom. i stepped out to find the maintance man in my apartment looking back at me naked. he said he was here to tighted the railing (first off it doesnt need to be tightened the phone cord needs to be replaced by a bolt) So i went to the office and they told me it was my fault for being naked in my apartment because maintance can come whenever they want, even if you request a phone call first. 6 months ago they allowed us to switch apartments, but only after some serious problems. we lived in an apartment where the area with the table and the pantry flooded every time it rained, and for 5 months they told us there was nothing they could do about it. mold and mildew started forming on the carpets, in the pantry especially, and started working its way up the walls (the apartment smelled horrible and my family kept getting sick) but we still had to endure it for a long time.) and if none of that worries you, then you can wait for the cockroach season and no matter how much you spray, there is going to be huge (the size of your palm) cockroachs visable in your apartment. im running away from here as soon as my lease is up in a couple months ide advise you not to fill in my place!
