Apartment Review for Waters At Bluff Springs - Austin, TX

When i first moved here the neighbors weren"t used to having neighbors and played thier music loud every night to the point i had to bang on the wall.i"m a little in the back area but the highway is still very loud. They have new office staff that are not very professional. One guy had the nerve to tell me how he didn't like people who where in my line of work. well shit my rent pays his bills. Pretty sure you can find a better place with the prices they are asking here.
