Apartment Review for Villas On Sixth - Austin, TX

First of all, if you don't know these apartments they're right on sixth street, so needless to say there's not much parking on the street. Smart of them to have a huge parking lot, but for who???...there aren't that many units. Visitors? NO! If your visitors happen to park in the parking lot, the TOW COMPANY which the Villas contract with will come in the parking lot, using the same code that the tenants use, and tow their vehicle away. Yes, it happened to one of my visitors & plenty more @ these apts. Let's not even get started on how you will not have any privacy...I've lived here for a year and they have entered my apt an average 1 time/month. Sometimes without permission. And I don't know about you, but I don't like maintenance guys having authority to come in and out of my place whenever they'd like. They send "friendly" reminders saying "if you don't like it here, we do have a 200 person waiting list". Yeah, that's only cause some of the units here are affordable housing units. You can tell who those people are too. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
