I lived here while in graduate school and enjoyed it. Its typically a quiet community and the maintenance is very fast. Typical response time was less than 24 hours when I had to call. The office staff are friendly. I had a 1 bedroom on ground level and loved the washer and drier that was included with the apartment. That's hard to find in Austin.  Need to rent an apartment?
