Apartment Review for Verde Oak Park - Austin, TX

This place changed quickly once I moved in. There were not too many people the first 6 months, so it was easy access to the pool and other amenities. Then almost over night shady people started moving in. Parking became absolutely atrocious. I would constantly see people walking around that looked like they just got out of prison, plus they would bring their friends, cousins and friends of cousins which made it even more overcrowded. Kids running around everywhere, Barbeque pits had rats in them for about two months during the winter. Absolutely horrible place to live.
