Charges keep showing up on my monthly bill they didn't charge sewer before I signed my lease, now they charge and sewer and water are high. You pay a monthly maintenance fee for their billing system. The billings system is the weirdest thing and they make a lot of mistakes.  Need to rent an apartment?
