Apartment Review for Venterra At Waters Edge - Austin, TX

Don't really have any complaints. Generally pretty quiet (every once in awhile there's someone drunk by the pool or something who starts singing or talking loudly). Never really hear my neighbours through the walls. Office staff is generally friendly and helpful, though they seem to change every 3 or 4 months. The maintenance staff is awesome though. They're super friendly, and always say hi in the mornings. Parking is a pain, especially if you get in late at night (like 1 or 2 am), but I ride a bus so I don't usually have to worry about that. the bus stop is right around the corner, so that's a plus to me. Location is good, it's close to pretty much anything you need.
