Apartment Review for Turnberry Apartments - Austin, TX

Alori Properties has the worst management! I lived in Turnberry Apartments for 5 years, and they NEVER came to fix anything I called about. One time my bathroom ceiling flooded, and they took over a month to fix the hole in my ceiling and did nothing to remove the mildew and mold that developed. And man, do they nickel and dime you when you leave- I was even charged for those items I called maintenance about! The people in the main office were always so condescending every time I dropped off forms or paid rent too. I am SO glad to be done with them. There may be worse companies out there in Austin, but YOU CAN SURELY DO WAY BETTER THAN ALORI.
