Apartment Review for Travis Station Apartments - Austin, TX

Basicly, the staff is completely unwilling to help anyone ever. I lived in an apt that had a wire fault in the fire alarm system. This made it so that every month or so, there would be some false alarm in the middle of the night. Every false alarm, I complained, and every time i complained, nothing happened. The Maintenance men think they are cops and will harass you if they "think you're driving too fast" or if they just don't like you. Management will be unsympathetic to these claims too. If you ever receive a complaint about yourself (maybe you dropped something in the middle of the day on sunday which made a big thud) the office staff will call and accuse you of violating the lease without any further investigation, or opportunity to defend yourself. Oh, and if you ever attempt to get the name and number of the office manager's boss, they will tell you to leave the office (during office hours) or they will call the cops. They will do whatever they have to to remain accountable to no one, so that they can run their circus the way they want.
