Apartment Review for The Residences Of The Domain - Austin, TX

Since the new management company took over, the place has gone to hell. No matter how many calls or visits to the office, I could never get a call back from either the Assistant Mgr or Apt Mgr. The only time they would take time to make calls to residents was if they were owed money. They are unfriendly, incompetent and are clearly out to make money not provide excellent customer service. As for the noise, these apartments were not built to condo specs. Whose Bright Idea was it to put wood floors on any floor other than that first? Not only did I know when my upstairs neighbor was home or her dog running around the apt, but I could also hear when they were having sex, which seemed to be every night for the last 3 months I was there. As for the safety of the apartment complex and shopping area, the security guards were too busy ticketing people for parking “illegally” to be bothered with making sure people weren’t robbing stores or stealing cars. Unless management companies change again, I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE.
