Apartment Review for The Quarters- Montgomery House - Austin, TX

The staff is beyond rude and does not follow up with anything they claim to do. I've also had multiple maintenance orders in which take weeks to service at best, and at worst MONTHS. In fact, right now I am sitting on an order I've made many times over the past 5 months that still has not been serviced. In the winter, I also had an order in because my heater didn't work at all and it took them until march to fix that as well (like I needed it by then). Stay away from this company, it's horrible. This goes for all of their properties.
