Apartment Review for The Preserve At Rolling Oaks - Austin, TX

I have lived in this complex for two years now. This is the best apartment to live in if you need extra motivation to save for a home of your own. The management is fine if you only need someone to take your money. Hope you never need to count on the maintenance or Front of the line Office crew to help you in any way. I hear the residents walking above me at all hours of the night. This was a both apartments on thisw property. I have lived in two different apartments on this property. One of the two was a two bedroom and the one I live in now is a three bedroom. The floor plan is okay. The biggest dissapointment is that we recently had a water problem in our apartment. Of course it was no fault of the apartment complex, but they were not helpfull at all. I do not believe they would have even put down the carpet again if I had not asked. When I did call to see if work had started or to see when the carpet would be put down, the office worker said he would put a maintenance request for this. I found that statement alone obsured. The rest of the week this guy did not know what he was talking about. A couple of days later he told me it would be ready at 8pm. I packed up my eight month old and all of her supplies and arrived at my apartment that looked the same as the day I left. I had to go back to my hotel and check back in, all at a late hour in the evening. I had to shampoo the carpet my self even after they said they would. No, we did not receive one apology, just a bill. If you are looking for just a place to sleep and want no hospitality, this place is for you.
