Apartment Review for The Park At Allandale - Austin, TX

The worst thing about living here is that they cannot give you the simple service of hot water. They have been saying that they are trying to fix the boiler for four months and throughout this time, they have frequently shut off the water for whole days or informed us that we wouldn't have hot water on tuesdays and thursdays. And here I am in the winter now and the water is still luke-warm or without pressure every time a shower. I don't think they are making a real effort to fix this and it is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had to deal with.
