Apartment Review for The Block - Austin, TX

I've been with The Block for almost two years now, and I am overall very pleased with my experience. The office staff is super nice and professional and always willing to help me with anything I need. I cannot stand The Quarters when it comes to customer service. They are rude, impatient, and unprofessional. My best friend who is currently living at The Quarters is switching to The Block for this very reason. I also LOVE my apartment. I think the Block has really nice amenities, and even though the rent is not the lowest, I do enjoy the convenient locations and apartment layouts. Plus, everything is a bit pricey in West Campus anyway. The noise level can be loud sometimes, but that's to be expected in West Campus. Overall, I think The Block is great and if there's ever a problem- the staff is always willing to help me with anything!
