Apartment Review for The Block - Austin, TX

I have lived at the Block on Pearl since it was built two years ago and am renewing for a third year. The location is epically close to campus, I can leave 15 minutes before class, and every fun place is within walking distance. If I need any maintenance request, I just have to ask and a kind maintenance man comes and takes care of it. I feel safe with the gated parking garage. For all the Block has to offer it is not overpriced. Rio21's keys are required to enter the building and use the elevator and they cost $75, so if you misplace yours, you are screwed. The office staff has always been super friendly, understanding and helpful. I have never wanted to move.
