Apartment Review for The Block - Austin, TX

I have lived at the block on 25th and pearl since august. Living close proximity to the office has allowed me to form friendships with much of the office staff and maintenence crew. I have never had a problem getting anything fixed ( was even surprised how quickly they came), and have always been accomodated with the few special requests made. I think the main consideration was the fact that I understand most of the residents like to party on thurs. thru sat. and I accept it. If you treat the office staff and workers kindly, I promise you will not run into any problems. I plan loving at the block for the rest of my time in austin.
