Apartment Review for The Block - Austin, TX

This complex is a joke. Gates to parking garage seldom work. Car was broken into twice while in garage. Management did not care or offer support just lip and attitude. People in office are rude to students living there and are just as disrespectful to the parents paying the bill. Apartment broken into as well. Did not respond to work order request and after move out charged $250 for carpet that only needed steam cleaning. Would not recommend to my enemy much less a friend. The list of negatives is too long to list. Total Rip Off!!!!!!!
