Apartment Review for The Block - Austin, TX

This is a grotesquely overpriced hellhole managed by college students who could care less. I am a parent of a student who has lived there this past year. Rent was $1100 per month for my child and for that the elevators don't even stop on all the floors (likely a huge violation of fire safety regulations). Management has entered into a contract with a towing company who cruises the garage daily and will tow vehicles that are parked in the lessee's assigned space. Save your money-- find a place where you won't get ripped off.
