Apartment Review for The Block - Austin, TX

I lived at the block on 25th. First off the staff at the leasing office are very rude and disrespectful. Don't expect them to help you or promptly fix anything. Our toilets didn't work for the first 2 months. The apartment is new, yet already falling apart. The elevator is always broken, and there is only one elevator so expect delays. I always had to carry my groceries up 6 flights of stairs. Also, the parking garage is dusty and gross, I had to wash my car every week to keep it from being covered in a layer of dust. Bottom line: This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in, even Jester would be better than this!
