The "Free Wireless" was a joke - it hardly ever worked, there was a rancid odor coming from the disposal from day one and they never corrected the problem, we had a constant parade of roaches coming in from the balcony door because it was never sealed and finally they decided to charge us $65 for a "pet stain" treatment and we never had a pet in the house.  Need to rent an apartment?
