Apartment Review for The Ballpark At Austin - Austin, TX

The ballpark is decent to live in, but thank goodness we're leaving. The parking is horrible, we've had to park a few blocks from our building multiple times. The worst is taking care of the packages. They won't let my husband and I pick up each other's packages. We're married for goodness sake! They have also not informed us of packages, lied about having packages, given us rude phone calls about how our packages were taking up too much room even though they had not informed us of their being there, etc. The maintenance is good most of the time, but our dishwasher has been broken for 3 years and they have yet to fix it, or the fridge making noise. And they tried to fix our washing machine but it took 2 weeks for them to get to it and now the whole thing is loose and makes horrible noise anytime we use it.
