Apartment Review for The Arbors Of Wells Branch - Austin, TX

The experience I had dealing with the property supervisor's and managers at The Arbors of Wells Branch was most unsavory. The individual showing me the property was new and not knowledgable in the property or it's policies. The supervisor kept changing the stories and introducing new requirements every step of the way to renting an apartment. The ladies in the office are about the rudest salespeople I've encountered outside of 3rd-world communist countries with about the same apathy and mediocrity. They certainly make you feel like they're doing the world a favor by being there and you personally just by being in your presence. Both of them have a propensity to guilt-trip and scold you like a little child. In the end, I lost $200 that I had left as a deposit on a place, but I find that definitely acceptable, seeing as I could have committed a huge mistake and gotten stuck living in a place where this type of management prevails. Stay well enough away. There are plenty more apartment communities in the area with much better units, prices, and employees… I know, I visited most of them after I couldn’t take these ladies’ attitudes anymore.
