This place is a rip off! Don't get into any trouble with your lease because if you do you'll end up owing thousands of dollars. Make sure every little thing is clean when you move out because you'll be CHARGED!! And the bugs are bad! I know Austin has bad mosquitos but man at this place they just swarm in. It's loud, too! And the management doesn't keep on top of things.  Need to rent an apartment?
