Apartment Review for Tanglewood Forest Apartments - Austin, TX

Extremely BAD management. They don't take care of the property. The common areas are often filthy. Property is unkempt, poor lighting. I do not feel safe going to laundry room at night. Management does nothing when tenants break rules, like not cleaning up after dogs, not keeping dogs on leash, loud music. The manager is VERY rude, doesn't care about tenants. Gives attitude when ever you talk to them. THEY TOW CARS LIKE CRAZY, FOR PRACTICALLY NO REASON, COSTING TENANTS LOTS OF $$$$. They do NOT treat tenants like guests, they treat tenants like inmates who deserve nothing.
