Stone Gate is nicely located between San Marcos and Austin. Otherwise, I have nothing else good to say about it. The Management lacks tools of communication both with residents and staff. Replacement cost of gate opener is $20 and they charged $60. Re-signing my lease they promised a carpet clean and I had to call them 4 times to get it done. Basically, I think all error falls on the management. The staff is friendly enough, but lacks training.  Need to rent an apartment?
