Apartment Review for Stassney Woods Apartments - Austin, TX

This is the worst Apartment Complex I have ever lived in. Maintainance is constantly in my room but not fixing anything, just saying they are "working on it". I have not had hot water for months, it's been cold for two months. I also can not get them to fix the air conditioner no matter how hard I try. They told me "It's going to be winter soon, you won't need it". In those exact words. Even though it was October and still hot! They also charge too much per month for what you get- which isn't friendly service. The ladies in the office try to be nice when renting you an apartment, but once they have you in one, they are no longer nice. You go in the office to drop off your rent and they sneer at you. My neighbors across the hall also have the same problems, and the ones up stairs. I will not renew my lease and feel horrible for any unfortunate soul who rent this apartment aftr me. There are at least 6 problems that they refuse to fix properly. I would not even give this apartment a 2 star rating.
