Following the move-out, management made demands of major expenses in excess of the deposit, based on false claims of unauthorized pet and pet damages. There was no pet. The apartment was left clean and in good condition with additional payment made to a cleaning service to insure its cleanliness by the tenant. The tenant is left with the position to "pay-up", take the management to small claims court, or employ a lawyer.
