If they promise you somthing , have it in writing . The quality of the apartment is substandard at best. The windows have no insulation, the dish washer does not work, the cabinets are falling apart, the heater is tempermental, the stove is a fire hazard , I can go on and on. They try very hard to keep the outside looking clean.  Need to rent an apartment?
