Apartment Review for San Miguel - Austin, TX

The management here is crooked. They'll lie to you and try to rip you off. The apartments are actually nice and the complex has a nice feel to it. The maintenance is terrible. We've had water damage in our apartment for over a year and complain and complain and they have never done anything about it. There's also a train next to the complex. It runs often and loud. If you like peace, quiet and honest management stay away from the San Miguel/San Marin.
