Apartment Review for Riata - Austin, TX

We've lived there almost a year now and love it overall. They have a lot of amenities for the money and the apartments themselves are very nice.

Our main issues have been that a. they don't always notify you when you have a package waiting and b. the security gates do sometimes fail, in the open position. They've recently changed the gates to a key fob system so that may help.

Also, they are now owned by different people so some of the issues in earlier posts may be gone or going away.

Oh, and it's basically adjacent to 183 and a few blocks from MoPac so it's actually positioned very well, I don't understand what that earlier complaint was about.

I just hope they don't jack up the rent a lot when the lease comes due. Otherwise, very happy here.
