Too much pretense....you can find much better for the price in austin. They pretend to have security, but it is a joke...Anyone can come and go through the security gates at any time. Thefts have been commonplace. The management finds some reason to come in your home each month...you feel as though they are doing monthly inspections to see if you are good enough to live here....I have 3 kids, but only two are legally allowed to accompany me to the pool. They have pet stations but do not enforce, so there is ALWAYS dog poop around. Fireant nests abound. Beer cans are left for weeks without being picked up. The entry ways are not kept clean. On the upside, lower staff is courteous. If you try to extend your lease, the cost is rediculously high.
