THE RETREAT AT WELLS BRANCH HAS RATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not move to the Retreat. They have RATS!!!!!!! The garbage dumpsters are overflowing and stink. There is dog crap everywhere!! You ask them to fix things and you have to call and call to even get someone to answer the phone. And the stuff does not get fixed.  Need to rent an apartment?
