Apartment Review for Alexan Rattan Creek - Austin, TX

I have had a great experience here! I started in a one bedroom and moved to a two bedroom. The office staff have really been very accomodating. they have always made me feel welcome and answered any requests I have had quickly and with the upmost courtesy. I am only moving because I want a three bedroom and what I want is not available here. The grounds are always well kept and clean. Parking is sometimes a problem, but has not been unmanagable. If you have a unit with a garage than it is no problem at all because you can park outside your garage as well.
