A 55+ Tax Credit community for seniors, conviently located to Capital Plaza, Primrose appears to be a great deal. Out of about 180 apratments the complex has close to 20 empty units. That should tell you something along with the fact that there have been 4 or 5 managers and an equal number of Maintenace managers in the last year alone.
