It's a nice place to live, especially for the price compared to others in the immediate area. It's not a new complex, about 20 years or so old, and I don't feel like they have enough guys to get all the work done. So, at times maintenance is a little slower than I think it should be. However, emergencies are handled fast.  Need to rent an apartment?
