Apartment Review for Pinto Creek Apartments - Austin, TX

It's sad to see what use to be one of the best in the area go down hill so quickly! The new staff in the office doesn't seem to know what's going on and have adobted an I don't care attitude with the tenants. We don't know who is in charge and neither do they. Rumor has it we've lost our property manager and our head maintenance guy, but we haven't been notified. Almost forgot, Walden doesn't manage the property any more and no one knows how to get in touch with anyone outside the office for guidence. AND, they still have no problem raising the rents. Go figure!
