Apartment Review for Pavilion The Apartments - Austin, TX

I moved into this apartment complex because I was new to Austin and not much money and a new job...under new management I was told. Hate to see the old management. Air conditioner doesn't work..yes,..I asked to have it checked and the guy shows up and says he was there to fix the heater...the airconditioner!!! forget about it! Garbage disposal doesnt' work...we don't replace them I'm told..okay..how 'bout just taking it out and putting another sink in? Will do! Forget about it...never heard of it again...no hot water (let the shower run for half hour and you might get one...if the water pressure is good at the moment...) forget about it, they ain't going to fix the boiler! Move here only if you need somewhere at the time, no reason otherwise to move here. It is filled with people who don't work and living off disability checks who think it okay to knock on a neighbor's door at all hours to bum a cigarette or cup of coffee. Guess the bottom line is, you wanna move here? Forget about it!!
