All units and common area are well maintained. The on-site manager is changing time to time, but the landlord is always reachable and responsible. The best part of this apartment is the location (5 mins to UT campus!) and all bills paid (incl. Internet/cable). If you don't mind sharing bathroom with your next door neighbor (2 units sharing 1BA), this will really be the choice!!  Need to rent an apartment?
