The rating I gave this apartment is dead on. It took 3 days to even realize we had an A/C problem because the not-so smart(IDIOTS) in the office. The A/C does not cool down upstars half as good as downstairs. I know heat rises but still rooms should still be comfortable. It gets alot worse.... RATS and ROACHES live here and we have told the office 3 times and they have not told pest control. (comes every friday)We made complaints a month ago. Please save your hard earned monmey and NEVER rent here.  Need to rent an apartment?
