Apartment Review for Oak Creek Village Apartments - Austin, TX

The staff is not friendly. We have been here for six years and have been through four managers. We only really liked two of them. Maintenance is very bad. The do not like to fix anything, especially the correct way. The water pipes are always busted. This will also mean, no A/C. They don't change the filters like they should. The A/C is always going out. Here, lately, they do not pass out flyers about the problems with the apartments. But, if your rent is late, they sure will send a note. The office is open from 8-5. They stop taking calls around 4:15 or 4:30. They are always leaving BEFORE 5pm. Not very safe either. They do not allow pets. But, they should with all the riffraff around here. I would not recommend ANYONE to live here. These apartments have so many problems, it is ridiculous. They should be shut down.
