I lived there for 9 years and have seen the place quickly go down hill. Terrible rat infestation and nothing was done about it. Manager is quite elderly and needs to be replaced. Owners live in CA and as long as units are rented - don't care. Pay more money and live in a safe, secure nice complex  Need to rent an apartment?
