Apartment Review for The Lodge At Stone Oak Ranch - Austin, TX

First off, we moved in here because it looked like a nice place and they were recently taken over by new management. The new management is worse than the old. Nothing gets fixed. The day we moved in there was a leak under our kitchen sink and that was 7 months ago. They have been here to fix it 10 times yet somehow we still have leaky pipes under the kitchen sink. The office staff is rude and the manager ANGELA is a bitch deluxe. This place is going downhill faster than Jack and Jill. This place is far to expensive for what it is. Do not be fooled. Move somewhere else. They lie to you to get you to sign a lease and all the things they promise magically are nowhere to be found. We were supposed to have a unit with a fireplace which is the whole reason we moved to the third floor. But when we moved in there was no fireplace and then when we called about it, were poo pooed off and told only first floor two bedrooms have fireplaces and there was nothing we could do about it. This place is a shit hole. And the staff makes you want to light the office on fire.
