  Read Reviews Here! 5 Reviews Date Review Approve 7/4/2008 Should Be Called Le Mold No My bathroom leaked nearly the entire year, despite many late night calls to management. The bathroom and surrounding carpet was covered in mold.
Stay far its not luxury apartments, but great for the price and the manager is not rude. He is very nice on the other hand. These apartments haven't been renovated in years. Good for people on tight budget. The location is perfect....central in Rosedale near Hyde Park. The rent is also a good price but, the apartments are dumps.
