Apartment Review for Summit Las Palmas - Austin, TX

I have lived in Summit Las Palmas for 2 years and in that time I have experienced the worst customer service from any apt. complex I have ever lived in, which has been over 10 years. The amenities in their facility were inacessable or out of use (broken) for over 8 months during time I lived there, including work-out equipment, hot tub, sports equipment.. all of which I paid for in my $680.00 rent for a tiny one-bedroom. Security gates are wide open about 50% of the time or more. The office personnel were extremely rude and discourteous on several occasions. I would never recommend living here.
